Recommended Brewing Time: 1. To use a gaiwan or a teapot:
According to the vessel capacity, use a tea to water ratio of 1:20 or 1:25. Add boiling water and pour out the tea liquor in a timely manner, approximately 5-10 seconds. The first 4 infusions should be poured out more quickly, while the 5th and subsequent infusions can be delayed to allow the tea to steep longer.

2. To brew with a glass cup: According to the vessel capacity, add 1.5g or 2g of tea leaves, pour in boiling water, and observe the tea leaves and tea liquor for about 1 minute before drinking.
